The lease payment varies according to the size and location of the land. We offer you a fixed annual payment that generates passive income without any effort on your part.
EarthBlue X is responsible for 100% of the installation, maintenance and operation of the solar farm. Your land remains productive and generates income without any technical responsibility.
Yes, we also buy land that meets our technical requirements. Contact us to evaluate your property and receive an offer.
You can renew the contract with improved conditions, purchase the installed infrastructure, or the land is returned to you free. The options are negotiated before the period ends.
For Investors

Your investment is backed by real solar infrastructure, legally binding PPA contracts with solvent institutions, and CNAD supervision under El Salvador's Digital Assets Law.
